Processing Time

Processing Time: 5-10 Business Days

As a small, artisan team of two, we carefully prepare each order by hand. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed.

Shipping Schedule: We ship orders twice per week (Tuesdays and Fridays) to ensure your products are handled with care and shipped efficiently.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • Washington D.C.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Most common shipping method for regular orders

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Available for most locations
  • Must be selected at checkout

Priority Express (1-2 Business Days)

  • Available for select locations
  • Must be selected at checkout

Freight Shipping

  • Available for large or bulk orders
  • Delivery timeframes vary by location

All shipping timeframes begin once your order has been processed and shipped, not from the order date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our shipping carrier's website or the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method
  • Large or bulk orders may qualify for freight shipping with specialized rates

Final shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Issues

Missing or Delayed Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and building management. Contact us at hellofiveglaze@gmail.com if your package is still missing after 2 business days.

Damaged Packages: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If packaging appears damaged or items are broken, take photos and contact us at hellofiveglaze@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address: We ship to the address provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Address changes can only be made before your order enters processing. Contact us immediately at hellofiveglaze@gmail.com if you need to update your address.

Weather Delays

Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays beyond our control. We'll notify you if weather significantly impacts your shipment and provide updated delivery estimates.

Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

Holiday Schedule: We observe the following holidays, which may affect processing and shipping:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday
  • Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
  • New Year's Eve

Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website during peak seasons.

Rush Orders

Need your order faster? Contact us at hellofiveglaze@gmail.com before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee rush processing due to our small team size, we'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests when possible.

Rush processing may incur additional fees and is subject to availability.

  • Carrier restrictions to certain areas
